Payment Policy
This policy explains the payment requirements, accepted payment methods and confirmation process for purchases made through Albert Couture.
Clear payment terms help us provide a considered and personal experience. The payment options available for an order may vary according to the client’s device, location or payment provider.
Advance Payment
Custom garments, shoes, leather pieces and personalized products require 100% payment in advance.
Full payment confirms the order and allows Albert Couture to reserve materials and begin production arrangements.
Please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production after the design, materials, measurements and full payment have been confirmed.
Specialized designs or material availability may affect the completion date. Any expected variation will be communicated whenever possible.
Accepted Online Payments
The payment methods currently available for an order will be displayed during checkout. Depending on availability, we may accept:
Secure Online Checkout
Online payments are processed through the secure payment gateway available on the Albert Couture website.
Albert Couture will never ask a customer to send complete payment-card information by email, text message or social media.
In-Store Payments
Cash and approved checks may be accepted for eligible purchases completed in person at the Lexington showroom.
These payment methods are not available through online checkout. Contact our team before visiting if you need to confirm whether a particular in-store method can be accepted.
When an Order Is Confirmed
An order is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and processed.
If a payment is declined, reversed or cannot be verified, Albert Couture may place the order on hold or cancel it. Production will not begin until full payment has been confirmed.
Cancellations and Customization Changes
Cancellation or customization-change requests must be submitted within five hours of placing the order.
Later requests may not be accepted after materials have been reserved or production arrangements have begun.
Prices and Additional Charges
The amount displayed at checkout may include applicable taxes, delivery costs and approved additional services.
Additional costs involving specialty materials or significant design requests will be discussed before a custom order is confirmed.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the Albert Couture Return and Refund Policy.
Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where Albert Couture confirms a manufacturing defect, transit damage or an incorrect item.
