Albert Couture requires 100% payment in advance for every custom order. Production begins after the design, materials, measurements and full payment are confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within five hours of placing the order. After that period, materials may have been allocated and production arrangements may have begun.
Customization changes must be requested within five hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after materials are allocated or production begins.
Yes. Submit the group measurements and selections together to help us coordinate a consistent production schedule. Contact our team before ordering to discuss the event and requirements.
Yes. Schedule an appointment and bring your child to the Lexington studio so accurate measurements can be taken.

Express shipping is available for eligible ready-to-purchase items for an additional $35.
Express shipping reduces transit time after an order is ready. It does not shorten the standard 6 to 8 week custom production period.
Rush production is not guaranteed. If your piece is required for a specific occasion, contact us before ordering. We will review the design, material availability and production schedule before confirming whether the date is possible.
No. Albert Couture offers custom creations and ready-to-purchase pieces. Availability and production information are displayed on each product page.
We use carefully selected genuine leathers including calfskin, alligator, full-grain leather and suede. Materials vary across belts, bags, wallets and other accessories.
Standard customizations and final fittings are included in the agreed price. Specialty materials or significant design changes may affect the price. Any additional cost will be discussed before confirmation.
Albert Couture does not currently offer custom bulk design production. Selected creative collaborations may be considered in the future.
Custom items are created around your measurements and personal selections. Since the finished piece cannot normally be resold, it is not eligible for return.
If an item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, contact us promptly so our team can review it and arrange an appropriate solution.
Yes. In-house alterations are available for eligible Albert Couture garments. Alterations requested more than one month after delivery may involve a service fee. VIP members receive lifetime alterations on qualifying garments.
Care requirements vary according to the fabric and construction. Always follow the care label supplied with the garment.
When the label permits, the shirt may be washed on a cold and gentle cycle. Professional cleaning is also an option for suitable fabrics.
