We begin with a brief introduction to our fashion house and a few questions to understand your lifestyle, preferences and wardrobe needs.

We then take your measurements and explore fabrics, styles, accent details and accessories.

The $99 one-hour appointment fee covers your time with the designer and is deducted from your purchase.

Once your selections are finalized, we calculate your order and prepare your invoice. You may pay in full or begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before garment production is completed.

Our two-piece made-to-measure suits start at $3,200. The final price increases according to your fabric, design and selected details. We review the total with you before checkout.

Yes. Out-of-state clients are welcome to visit our Lexington showroom for their fittings. When booking, let our team know that you are traveling from out of state so we can plan your visit.

Our entry-level private wardrobe package includes three complete outfits for $25,000. Additional package options are available at higher investment levels.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within five hours of placing the order. After that period, materials may have been allocated and production arrangements may have begun. Later requests may not be accepted.

Made-to-measure clothing: Designed in Lexington, Kentucky and crafted in Napoli and Shanghai.

Please allow approximately 5 to 6 weeks for production. Production begins the day after your original appointment. For Friday appointments, production begins the following Monday.

Your individual timeline will be confirmed during your private consultation. Specialized designs or material availability may affect the completion date.

The production period does not include carrier transit time. Any additional time required for fittings or alterations will be discussed with you.

Express shipping may be available for eligible ready-to-purchase items for an additional $35.

Express shipping reduces transit time after an order is ready. It does not shorten the standard production period of 5 to 6 weeks for custom-made items.

Rush production is not guaranteed. If your piece is required for a specific occasion, contact us before ordering. We will review the design, material availability and production schedule before confirming whether the date is possible.

No. Albert Couture offers custom creations and ready-to-purchase pieces. Availability and production information are displayed on each product page.

We use carefully selected genuine leathers including calfskin, alligator, full-grain leather and suede. Materials vary across belts, bags, wallets and other accessories.

Standard customizations and final fittings are included in the agreed price. Specialty materials or significant design changes may affect the price. Any additional cost will be discussed before confirmation.

Albert Couture does not currently offer custom bulk design production. Selected creative collaborations may be considered in the future.

Custom garments, shoes, leather pieces and personalized products are created according to your measurements and selections and cannot normally be resold. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This restriction does not affect an eligible claim involving a confirmed manufacturing defect, an item damaged in transit or an incorrect item supplied by Albert Couture.

Yes. In-house alterations are available for eligible Albert Couture garments. Alterations requested more than one month after delivery may involve a service fee. VIP members may receive lifetime alterations on qualifying garments in accordance with their membership benefits.

Care requirements vary according to the fabric and construction. Always follow the care label supplied with the garment.

When the label permits, the shirt may be washed on a cold and gentle cycle. Professional cleaning is also an option for suitable fabrics.
