Albert Couture Policies

Client Waiver and Agreement

This agreement explains the consultation, payment, production, alteration and custom-order policies that apply to commissions created through Albert Couture.

Custom Orders 100% payment in advance
Production Approximately 6 to 8 weeks
Changes and Cancellations Requests must be made within five hours

Welcome to Albert Couture. Every commission is approached as a personal collaboration between the client and our atelier. Please read this agreement carefully before beginning your fitting and approving your order.

01

The Private Appointment

Your experience begins with a private appointment with our designer.

If you make a purchase during your appointment, the appointment fee will be deducted from that purchase. If no purchase is made, the fee will be retained as payment for the private consultation and the time reserved with our designer.

Appointments are scheduled at our Lexington showroom. Appointments at other locations are subject to availability and logistical arrangements.

02

Design and Fitting Process

Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are created using the measurements, design selections and preferences confirmed during your consultation and fitting.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all important details before production begins. These may include fabric, colour, styling, personalization, measurements and other design choices.

We may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during your consultation if clarification is required while your order is being prepared.

03

Payment

Payment is required 100% in advance. Production begins only after the design, materials, measurements and full payment have been confirmed.

This policy applies to custom garments, shoes, leather pieces and personalized products. Available payment methods will be confirmed by the Albert Couture team at the time of purchase.

04

Production and Delivery

Standard production takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks after all designs, materials, measurements and payment have been confirmed.

This is an estimated production timeline. It does not include additional time that may be required for shipping, final fitting or alterations. Complex commissions, multiple-item orders and special materials may require additional time.

Completed orders may be delivered to our Lexington showroom or shipped to the address approved by the client. Shipping and delivery charges may apply.

Albert Couture will contact the client if an unexpected production or delivery issue affects the anticipated timeframe.

05

Returns, Refunds and Remakes

Bespoke, made-to-measure and personalized items are produced specifically for the individual client. Because these products cannot ordinarily be resold, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

If a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error caused by Albert Couture is identified, the item will be reviewed by our team. Where appropriate, Albert Couture may provide a correction or a one-time remake of the same item.

A remake does not apply to changes in personal preference, changes to an approved design, normal wear, damage caused after delivery or changes in the client’s body measurements.

06

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted within five hours of order confirmation.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a request received within this period. Once an order has entered production or materials have been committed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or materially changed.

07

Weddings and Special Events

We are honoured to help you prepare for a wedding or another important occasion. Event orders should be placed well in advance to allow for the standard 6-to-8-week production period, delivery, final fitting and any required alterations.

Clients must provide the correct event date during the consultation. Rush orders and last-minute delivery requests may not be accepted. Albert Couture cannot guarantee an event deadline when insufficient production and fitting time has been provided.

08

Alterations

Our in-house tailor will determine whether an Albert Couture garment is eligible for alteration and what work can reasonably be completed without compromising its construction or design.

Alteration requests should be made promptly after the garment is received. Requests submitted more than one month after delivery may incur a service fee. The completion timeframe will be confirmed after the garment has been inspected.

This alteration policy applies only to eligible Albert Couture products. VIP members may receive lifetime alterations on qualifying garments in accordance with their membership benefits.

09

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate contact, measurement, delivery and event information. The client must also disclose significant measurement or body-size changes that occur before production or fitting.

Albert Couture is not responsible for fitting issues caused by inaccurate information, unreported measurement changes, missed appointments or delays in responding to requests for approval.

Client Acknowledgement

Created Personally. Confirmed Carefully.

By approving your order and beginning the fitting or production process, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the payment, production, cancellation, alteration and custom-order policies stated in this agreement.
